	Arbors Of Watermark 1717 Canvasback Lane Columbus,  Oh 43215 614-486-0023 Rating Recommend:    Yes Overall Rating:  5.0 Security:  3.0 Parking:  5.0 Appearance:  3.0 Management:  4.0 Maintenance:  4.0 Unit Condition:   5.0 Noise:  5.0		Review Title:   Reviewer:  Anonymous   Review Date:  1/31/05      Rate This Apartment     I have lived here for almost three years now and don't agree completely with the negative reviews seen here.The location is amazing.It is literally 30 seconds to a centrally located highway.I personally love the unit I live in.It was clean and freshly painted when I moved in (but it was a different managment company back then).I haven't had a problem with dog droppings anywhere, but I have seen beer bottles and cigarettes out and about.The fact that I have my own washer and dryer and am allowed a cat really ups my opinion of this complex.Yes, there have been car break-ins, but there is a "gang" that goes around Grandview/Upper Arlington and targets cars that have things in them...don't leave stuff in your car!That's a general rule wherever you live.Management has been helpful for the most part.Stop in and get to know them and you might get better service.:)Maintanence is pretty good as well.My unit lost power on a Friday night and someone came in offhours to fix it within an hour.I love having two bathrooms and two bedrooms, and living on the third floor gives me really high ceilings.It's a bit pricey; but for what you get, it's worth it.All of my friends think it's a beautiful place, and I agree.Being so close to Grandview, downtown, campus, etc is a wonderful option for when I want to have fun on the weekends.If you can afford it, I recommend looking at Arbors.It's not for everyone, but I'm happy!
