| | | | Review Title: | | | | | | Reviewer: Anonymous | | | | Review Date: 1/27/05 | | | | | | | Rate This Apartment | | | | | | | Apartment ammenities are nice.The windows are bad (steam up in winter and let a lot of cold air in), and we put several service requests in--but they were never fixed or replaced.When we moved in the screens did not fit properly, and the maintenance man did a half-ass job attempting to replace them (with yet different screens that also did not properly fit.)The girl that leased us our apartment was very friendly, and left to work at a different complex.The new staff is VERY SNOBBY and RUDE!In addition, the deck is very poor-- wood is coming up and looks like it is falling apart.I would not have moved here if we did not get it at the move-in price.(There normal prices are way too high for the actual quality.)Lots of foreigners (watch your car!!!) and kids, which I don't mind except the one who backed into my car! | | | | |
