Only $605 for a 2 br 2 ba and that includes the $20 pet rent and a garage. I do have to say that the reason why it is so cheap is because of how these places are built. You can hear everything through the walls, they get holes easily and the woodwork is cheap. Neighbors are a problem, lots of whitetrash and low income people. Trash is everywhere and parking is a big problem. They say only 2 cars per apartment but there are people that have 4 cars and they don't say anything. Oh yeah, staff is deceiving. They bring a sales lady from another state to sell the apartments and then after they get a bunch rented, she leaves. Nice for the price but I would recommend paying $100 extra a month elsewhere if you want to be happy. | | | | |
