My upstairs neighbor like to smoke on the porch and drop their cigarettes in the area of my front door. Make sure you see the apartment that you will be living in to access the neighborhood before signing a lease.Management wasn't as nice and helpful as they used to be.Could not get them to tell how much my rent would be to renew my lease until after the deadline so I decided to move elsewhere. | | | | |
