| | | | Review Title: Not Bad For A First Apartment | | | | | | Reviewer: Anonymous | | | | Review Date: 5/31/04 | | | | | | | Rate This Apartment | | | | | | | I am pretty dissatisfied with G/S but for students getting their first apartment, it may just be the right place for you.First of all it is convenient to OSU and on the bus line if you are attending Columbus State.I am in one of the newly remodeled one and it is nice but smaller than I would like.(My furniture was bought when I had a fairly good sized house.)I don't like not having w/d hookups but there are several large laudry rooms.Also has weight room, several pools, and a basketball court.The neighbors are noisy - always having parties and gatherings and the smokers in my building have basically left a layer of butts as thick as mulch in the front.I don't think any of those things would bother student tenants.The price is about average for apartments in the area, I think. | | | | |
