However, the property is old and aging. Management does not respond promptly as my roof leaked for over a week before they showed up. Not to mention they never fixed the problem and just covered the roof with plastic. The quality of the community goes up and down. The majority of the residence are great and elderly but they are fastly disappearing. In 2003 the property had a huge wave of car break-ins for over 4 months and the property management did little and only responded after over 100 break-ins. It does have an excellent fitness center but it is very costly. | | | | |
