It looks nice from the outside and is in a good location, but that is about it. Several things went wrong in our apartment and it took weeks to get fixed. We asked that the maintenance department call before coming and not to enter without our permission-- they did not. There is NEVER anywhere to park and the parking lot has absolutely no lighting. People park wherever they feel like it- it emergency zones, sidewalks, etc. and there are NO ramifications, even when I called to complain. Alos, it states clearly in the lease that everyone is to pick up after their pet or be fined. There is dog crap EVERYWHERE. It is disgusting and frustrating, especially when you pick yours up every time and most of all when you step in it. This complex does have a pool and a fitness center (Suposedly). We found out about the pool by seeing people walking around in bathing suits, after several months of living there, and I just found out about the fitness center as I was searching for other apartments online. I have never seen it, and no one in the leasing office has ever mentioned either to us. Overall, this place is extremely overpriced for what you have to deal with. Definilty NOT WORTH IT!!!!! | | | | |
