When you call the office to get something fixed, they'll tell you that they're calling the service department. But they never come. The back door is taped open as an invitation to thieves, and Pat Steane says that it's "being worked on." When I left this dump, the back door was being "worked on" for over a year.  Need to rent an apartment?
