The Day Companies are also in bad standing with the Better Business Bureau for failure to respond to complaints.

Their apartments are known for health hazards (black mold, smoke, no fire walls or other required safety measures). The apartments are very unsecure, prone to break-ins, and the Day Companies will not fix doors or any damage from break-ins.

The worst part is the day-to-day living arrangements. Imagine having your walls and possessions shaking from the people above you walking. The damage from them falling from the vibrations, the lack of sleep from listening to it. You hear all your neighbor's business, and they hear yours. You know when they're having sex, urinating, coughing, everything. It's disgusting.

There are much better landlords and rental companies in Columbus Ohio. Just stay away from The Day Companies, Day Development, The Day Company, Richard T. Day, and all their other incarnations.
