Apartment Review for Hibernia Apartments - Columbus, OH

I currently live in a bally bay apartment with my boyfriend. We moved in here the 1st of march. When we were on our way to sign the lease the weather conditions were horrible. The roads were icy and it took us 3 hours just to make it down main street. We were running almost 2 hours late and the Manager, Linda, waited. We eventually got to Noe Bixby road and tried calling Linda back on her cell. We finally made it the the Hibernia office and Linda had left! We were 2 hours late and she had to get home before driving conditions were unbearable! She called right back and turned around for us so that we could move in on the 1st! That is by far the best customer experience we have had anywhere! The apartments are in great condition with newer appliances and a friendly staff. There is no noise. its beautiful! Maintenance is trustworthy too! this is the best apartment we have ever lived in and it feels more like a home than any other! We love it here!
