Apartment Review for Acropolis Apartments - Columbus, OH

This place was run pretty poorly up until 2008, when new ownership took over. The current management puts more effort into the place, but there's only so much they can do when they also let every thug, scumbag, and lowlife that shows up at their office move in. The property itself was run down when they bought it, and I can't imagine them justifying fixing everything that needs fixing with the low rent. The only way to fix the place up while not operating at a loss would be to raise rent, which would be hard to justify given the shabby state of the buildings and tenants. It's a vicious cycle situation. Spend the extra couple of hundred for a much nicer apartment somewhere else.
