  Read Reviews Here! 2 Reviews Date Review Approve 2/20/2009 Dont Rent!!! No It takes them days to fix anything. You can hear EVERYTHING from your neighbors. Its not worth all the Ceiling was leaking and they did not hire professionals. They supposedly fixed the shingles in five mins. Also, b/c of the leak the carpet is mildewy and stinks.
