Apartment Review for Arlington Heights - Columbus, OH

The management is considerate. There is ample off street parking, and the complex is located in the southern tip of Upper Arlington. This means it is a low crime area, a great neighborhood, and close to the city, Grandview, and the OSU campus. There are only 1 bedrooms, but they can be furnished or unfurnished. The windows are new and the heat/air is included in the rent. The rent is great for the location and the leasing office is locally owned and staffed onsight. They can be slow to fix maintenance sometimes, but they are never slow on an emergency. The complex is always locked, but residents can enter any of the three outside entrances.
