Apartment Review for Ashton Pines - Columbus, OH

If you're looking for an overpriced apartment community where the office staff is very unprofessional and maintanence is not only slow and unpredictable but also likes to snoop around your home while you're not there, then look no further! Ashton Pines is the place for you! Don't expect much from their 200yr old property manager, Mary Ann Ragland, she'll get to it when she get's to it! At first they tried to jack up the price when we moved in because they said it was 3 days after the promotional date expired, but when we said we wouldn't move in, they got 'Corporate Approval' to give us the price that was quoted. About 1 day after we'd moved in I decided to do a little checking up and I emailed the leasing office to find out if there were any move in specials..and wouldn't you know it? The one they were trying to deny us was offered. These people are ridiculous! The neighbors are ok, but the staff and parking situation REALLY ruin it. If you have a family then I suggest to keep searching for something else, believe me, there's a ton better!
