Apartment Review for Ashton Pines - Columbus, OH

The parking is a real problem. People's vistors are supposed to either park by the office or in the street but they dont..and its not enforced enough. The maintenence? I dont know....they seem kinda shifty but, the one thing that needed fixing was fixed w/o any problem. The problem i have is that, they will fine you for "breaking the fules" and the offer rewards for people that turn in those that do...but, the rules for things like not having your dog on a leash, parking, etc are not enforced unless if affects them. The apartment I have is decent looking, nice wooden floors upstairs, microwave, washer dryer, came with..since i have the "delux"..its usually pretty quiet as well. So over all, I would have to say that this place is "above decent"
