Apartment Review for Ashton Pines - Columbus, OH

Do not rent from this place. it is the worst place in columbus to live. Staff is rude, they change management evry month. Maintnance is cheap and lazy. We have had to call maintnace every 10 days since we have lived here and they never fix the problem. When they enter your apartment, they fail to fix the problem, leave screws and garbage in your floor, they hit my 1 year old in the head with their tool bag, argue with you that there is not a problem when there clearly is. They never empty the trash compactor (the only one in the whole complex) then they snoop around your patios looking for trash when they should be emptying the trash compactor instead. Staff is rude when you call about maintnance issues that they failed to fix before. They charge people twice for rent. So make sure you get a reciept! the superviser of the place is just as unprofessional as the rest of the staff, and you can't get name and number for the owner of the place when you want to make a complaint. helicopters fly around all hours of the night chasing criminals, they don't clean the sidewalks or parking lot when it snows, if you do park in the parking lot, they are so narrow people smash into other peoples cars ALL the time, if you park on the street you have to worry if your windows are going to get smashed. If all this sounds good,then Asshton Pines is the place for you!
