Apartment Review for Baker Rental Company Llc - Columbus, OH

I would rate them lower the this site won't let me!!! Don't ever rent from Baker Rental! Not only do they not fix problems (leaking toilets and leaking pipes that run trough your air ducts) when they are reported, the maintenance jobs are done half way, the basements flood CONSTANTLY they smoke in your apartment. They don't want kids playing outside, once the manager demanded to know where one of the kids live (BIG NONO strangers asking kids where they live) don't ever have a friend over with a motorcycle and you aren't allowed to have more than two cars or they will make you get rid of one of them. I was living with my boyfriend the last 4 months I lived there- can anyone explain to me how my water bill shot up to $110.00 while I was NEVER there??? Neither could they!!! Not only that but they charged my over $1900.00 in fees, at least six of my other neighbors received final bills ranging from $1,500 - $2,400. Oh and they DON'T settle, you will end up in litigation over everything. Do your self a favor, save your self the frustration and choose another place I have NEVER experienced a worse place to live!
