The only good thing about these apartments are alot of parking. Cons: -The management & staff are extremely unfriendly and non-cooperative. They constantly threaten you with eviction notices -Maintenance is very poor and slow. Broken roads, trash outside dumpster -Floors are so poorly constructed that you'll wake up at night from your neighbors walking above you. Floors squeak ALOT when you walk. -NO exhaust fan in the kitchen. -BUGS BUGS BUGS. Bugs are all over the place and in your food items. -My car had a security system so I was fine but the car next to mine got broken into.
