Apartment Review for Baker Rental Company Llc - Columbus, OH

Moved into a 2 bedroom as my rent (for 1 bedroom) got to be only a $30 difference. It was fine until other neighbors moved in the apartment. Families with noisy kids causing chaos. The hallway cleanliness went downhill fast. There was a whole taco thrown down a flight of stairs and left there for two weeks. Parking went away fast after the place was filled with tenants. Walls are not insulated. I had giant icicles hanging from the roof. (an easy tell) Plus I can hear all the tenants thumping about. Doors are poorly hung which also causes heat to leak out in the winter. Windows are not double pained so in a nutshell... the place is either freezing or a sauna. I did have a passable bathroom floor until maintanence came in. Tore it up then did a half-ass job caulking around it. The on-site landlord is a no-show half the time. So I have to call direct to the rental company to get anything fixed. It used to be a decent response before. Till the landlady passed away. The only good thing was it was a lot of space for the price. It got me by till I could afford a better place.
