This place is a up and coming dump. If you like no parking, 5-20 people living in a apartment next to you (undetected by managent) speeding cars, drugs, loud music, car horns blowing 24 hrs. a day. your own personal neighborhood pervert, beer cans and car parts lying around and cars being repaired in the parking lot, than you'll love this place.
