Apartment Review for Big Walnut Apartments - Columbus, OH

I have not yet moved in, however the staff is very friendly and the complex seems very quiet but the maintenace seems to be lacking in responsibility. I went to the appartment after getting my keys just to look and to my surprise there was a significant amount of work unfinished. I was missing the faceplate to my peep hole, a drawer in the kitchen was missing, there were no faceplates on the outlets and no switchplates covers in the whole appartment, the railing needed to be reattached to the basement, the closet doors needed to be reattached, and there was shelving that needed to be re hung in several of the closets. I was also promised that the leaves would be removed from the belcony but those were still there. Over all the maintenance needs to follow through with work orders when they are assinged and the lack of communication should be addressed.
