Apartment Review for Big Walnut Apartments - Columbus, OH

Today, my garbage disposal has quit working for the 6th, yes thats right, 6th time!!! Everytime it stops working, my sink backs up and nasty, stagnant water overflows through the kithen. Maintenence is totally rediciouls and a complete joke, they cant fix anything if they're lives depended on it. The offie staff is friendly but incompitent at getting anything fixed correctly so it does not break again. The lights never work in the bathroom or kitchen, always flickering even after maintenence comes to fix them. Way too expensive for such a shitty apartment. Since its by the river we have these weird bugs that look like centipedes only more creepy looking rawing around all the time. Ants in the winter for no reason. sliding glass doors never slide easily, you must use full body weight to open/close doors, after maintenence pays a visit to "fix" them. Air conditioning went out in June and wasnt "fixed" until august. I bet it still wasnt fixed properly. They would rather save a buck then actually replace somthing that truely needs it!! Please whatever you do, find somewhere else to rent, DO NOT give these people the time or day because you WILL regret it shortly after you sign your lease. SAVE YOURSELF the stress and migranes you will surley have from renting here, i know I should have!!!
