Apartment Review for Big Walnut Apartments - Columbus, OH

I was without AC in my unit for over 7 months! Staff has horrible attitude and tries to tell you things will be taken care of, but then tosses it aside without a second thought! Had to call corperate about AC and they laughed when they heard what complex I was complaining about due to amount of complaints they were getting! Their washers and dryers "on site" were down for a 4 month stretch as well. DON'T RENT HERE! RUN.
