Apartment Review for Big Walnut Apartments - Columbus, OH

This place is downright awful. There is only 1 person on staff who even acts like she cares (Paula). There is another,Tamara C. who is awful, unwilling to help,and believes that ants in your bathroom, hallway, kitchen counter, and stove is not an emergency on her part, and that we, as tenants just have to wait for service. Rent increases, water bill increases without notice. Complete lack of cohesiveness or respect for tennants by staff. NOISE, OMG, we filed 6 police reports and the police said contact the office. The office did nothing, so the police said the only other option is to file criminal charges against people we have to live next to for the duration of our lease. The basement leaks everytime it rains heavily. Outrageous, and completely not worth the $764 in rent and $50 in water. Again, don't do it, reconsider. As they say, don't judge a book by it's cover, and everything that glitters surely is not gold.
