1st of all, The management SUCKS and are very rude. I hate RUDE people w/ a pasion. 2nd, location is BAD, there are TONS of car-break-ins and muggings IN this APT COMPLEX alone! 3rd, You will be charged FOR EVERY little thing like water, sewer and trash plus a fee to mail the BILL to you, rent is over-priced considering less than a mile you are in the GHETTO and could pay $300 LESS a month in rent and have the SAME crime. 4th, IT's just a REALLY bad idea. Don't do it.
