All they have is just good prices...(at the beginning),once you sign the contract here come all the hidden fees that makes this place nothing special then the others. The apartments are nice and modern but i would say this is the only plus,the area is bad its lot of crime,if you don't believe drive around for a couple night.The manager is not polite and has really bad communication,when you have a issue he will never try to help you,even worse he will act like you are the problem but not them
