Apartment Review for Brooksedge I I Apartments - Columbus, OH

I signed my lease like Oct 20ish prior to moving in, to secure my spot. The day before I moved in Nov 20th, I did my walk thru, I provided the rental office everything that was not properly completed. Fridge was dirty and outdated. Metal racks, rust on the cracks. Food still stuck in the fride, stains and all. Master bedroom doors off track, tub still w/ajax in it, and garage w/what was left from the previous renter. I was promised a newly used ,not new, refrigerator within 3-5 business days. It wasn't till a week before Christmas my old nasty, outdated fridge was replaced. However, New Years Eve, I was informed that they delivered me the wrong appliance. So after receiving my 3rd fride dirty and stained; Cleaning it down again w/hot water and bleach. After having to clean 3 refrigerators, I asked for a courtesy adjustment off my rent for the inconvience. Not only was I told to stop bitching by the owner, he also stated to stop calling him or he would report me for harrassment. Oh yeah, and was denied any adjustments. I wouldn't refer anybody to live at Brooks End II . Although, I love my townhome, but the managment is HORRIBLE
