Apartment Review for Cherry Hill Apartments - Columbus, OH

I have lived here for about 3 years now and it's been great. The maintenance here is amazing, they always have same day service. I've always had nice experiences with the office staff and I like that he manager has stayed consistent since i've lived here. Dana is a pleasure to deal with and she is always very concerned if I mention any type of problem. The hallways are always in good condition because they are cleaned once a week. Unpredictible messes and spills, if brought to the attention of the office staff, are cleaned immediatley. The landscaping outside is gorgeous and maintenance keeps the lots very clean. The concrete between units is very nice to keep the sounds of other residents to a minimum. I am personally fond of the keypad entry to the buildings. A simple code gets me in but keeps unwanted salesman out. These apartments are located on the westside of Columbus. Its not the best area but Cherryhill is not at fault for that. Crime can happen anywhere but they do their best to protect our personal belongings. Security is in our parking lots various times through the night to keep an eye on things. In 3 years, my car has been broken into once but that could have very easily happened no matter where I live. Regarding the other review about someone saying that had a bed bug problem: I am here to say that I have NEVER had a problem with bugs. They should probably take a look at their own living conditions before blaming the apartment comlex. OVERALL: I love this place and I recommend it to anyone.
