Looks nice, apts. are OK but many noisy neighbors & mgmt. doesn't help with nuisance neighbors. Share hot water with a neighbor, mgmt. doesn't tell you this, & if theres 6 of them & 2 of you then you pay for part of their gas usage and often run out of hot water. Tons of noisy kids in parking lots making driving in difficult and scratching cars while playing.  Need to rent an apartment?
