Apartment Review for Christopher Wren Apartments - Columbus, OH

Basically, the leasing office is only here to collect as much money out of you as they possibly can. The community used to be nice but now is overrun by trash, mysterious looking people, and maintenance/construction trucks. I expand on some points below: The dumpster for the community is a disaster. Only 1 (one) dumpster exists for the ENTIRE community. It is constantly overflowing and a disgusting process to go through in order to throw your trash out. The staff is totally unprofessional. Magically coming out of the woodwork only to throw more charges at you. But when you actually need them, for example, to put in a work order, they are nowhere to be found. Office phone might as well not exist. If you march down to the office, they have a lovely "taking a break" sign posted up in the middle of their office hours. If that's not the case, you'll find they have left the office as much as 2 hours early most days. So for those of us who work 9-5, they are impossible to get a hold of. When I moved in, the apartment was an absolute mess. Had not been cleaned and the carpet was spotted with grease and large bleach stains. Not to mention all the ripped up edges. It took me several loud fights and threats to get them to replace it and make it liveable! I never would have signed the lease if I knew it was going to be such a mess.
