Apartment Review for Continent Apartments - Columbus, OH

This is my first apartment and I will be here for year come Jan 2010. I live in the back near the fieldhouse. The apartment itself is very nice inside. Everything was new and refinished and clean. The best part of living here is that all the utilities are included besides cable and phone. They do offer free high speed internet but it runs like dial up. The Continent itself is very rundown and so is 161. The fieldhouse will host minor league UFC games 7 days a week with people fighting and screaming like they are being raped until midnight sometimes. Parking isnt bad unless they have an event going on at the fieldhouse. A lot of strange people do hang around here. But overall I love it when im in my unit and its quiet and rent is cheap for what you get in Columbus.
