Apartment Review for Coventry East Apartment Homes - Columbus, OH

Are you serious? It is quite apparent you are friends or even family with the new property manager (Candy). I have lived here for over 6 years and I never thought there could be a manager worst than Amy. I am even surprised. The new manager is very rude. If that was the replacement for Amy they could have just kept her. Everyone talked about how rude the new manager was, until I met her I couldn't believe that could be possible. I over heard her discouraging someone from moving in.She looked at me an would not speak. I stood in the office for 5 minutes and had to interupt her and another blonde worker so I could be helped. Where does this company find these managers from? The other office staff don't know anything. MY ADVISE FIRE THE PERSON WHO HIRES THE MANAGERS HERE!!!! Since the new manager has taken over more and more families move out every week. She is ugly, rude, nasty, and unwelcoming. Did I say prejudice? Why can't this company get it right? Management sucks!!!!!!!!!!!!! What are the qualifications for managing a property? Apparently they are very minimum. The new manager has convinced alot of long time residents to move. She sits in the office and talks about her own property, and doesn't care who hears her. I am looking for a new apartment as we speak. The complex has halfway emptied out since she has started and will continue, that includes my sister, and my own family.
