Apartment Review for Crown Pointe - Columbus, OH

My husband and I recently resided in this complex, and all I can say is horrid. Roach infested apartment that when reported NUMEROUS times to the office they sent maintnance out to "bait" for them. Helped for a day... at best. Requests for screens to be put into windows has fallen upon deaf ears repeatedly. There are 'car ports' for each apartment and in the lease a notation of "one car per apartment" (which is fine) however when there are 3 large trucks for ONE apartment nothing is done. One bedroom max occupancy is 2 persons and is not inforced. Multiple occasions of 8am wake up calls on a Sunday by inconsiderate neighbors blasting music to the point things fall off walls.. again nothing done by apartment management. Our car was broken into exactly 2 weeks after we moved in... Now that I look at the big picture I should have taken that as a hint. Cheap living... but you get what you pay for and even inmates in jail dont have to live with such horrible conditions.
