When it was owned by East Avenue properties, yes, it was an absolute dump, and maintenance was a nightmare. (I had a hole in my bedroom ceiling for 6 months they refused to fix. It RAINED IN MY BEDROOM. This hole didn't get fixed until the new owners bought it.) It is now owned by Home Team Properties, who own the majority of off-campus housing around OSU, and they've totally renovated the property.  Need to rent an apartment?
