Apartment Review for Ebner Properties-Administrative - Columbus, OH

Ive lived at livingston commons since December 2009. Since december Ive seen several mice and when I say several I mean about 10! The office staff has sent Terminix out to my home on three different occasions and I still have mice! The office staff is LAZY and does not follow through with anything! Living there has been a good experience if it was not for the uninvited guests. The tenant that lived here before broke her lease because of the mice and Im doing the exact same thing. We have about 15 traps down of all different types and still are seeing several mice. I cannot take it any longer and I would never refer anyone to live here with MICE everywhere in the kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, living room, and laundry room. My neighbors say they have been dealing with the issue for 2 years now. I can't wait to get away from these rodents including Ebner Properties!!!!!STAY AWAY unless you like living with RODENTS
