Apartment Review for Elms Apartments - Columbus, OH

I would not recommend this apartment complex to anyone. The Staff members are not professional. They recently renovated and the apartments on the inside look nice, but the outside still looks like the ghetto. The laundry room is absolutely disgusting. It is dirty, the ceiling is falling down, and it looks like noone has cleaned it in a year. When it snows noone comes to clear out the parking lot. It is in a very nice area by Easton Mall and it is the worst complex around. I knew for the price that it would not be very clean and it isn't. The people living here are nice I have not had trouble as of yet, but the people working for the company need to really get it together.
