Apartment Review for Essington Village Apartment - Columbus, OH

Been here a year; has gone downhill very quickly. The new renters are loud (I'm awake at 12:30 a.m. on a Wednesday night because there is a very loud group of people outside talking, yelling, and laughing. And I have to be at work at 7 a.m.) and terribly inconsiderate. They have no respect for the other people in the complex. It used to be fairly clean around here, but there is trash left out in the common areas quite often. And I have only seen one person here pick up after their yappy dog. In the past 3 months I have seen a used condom , countless liquor bottles and beer cans, a used maxi pad, and the remnants of someones barbeque trash (charcoal, bones, ash) dumped in the green spaces. That doesn't include all the common litter (cups, paper, cigarette packages) that are daily occurances here now. I know the economy is bad and renters are hard to find, but the management needs to pay more attention to the real problems in this place instead of holding pool parties with pinatas. Wwe won't be renewing our lease!
