Apartment Review for Essington Village Apartment - Columbus, OH

Do not move into this complex. First off, I lived there from 2007-2008. I thought management was okay, but I found out they are really shady. I asked NUMEROUS times to have things fixed at the apartment that went undone. THEN, they had the nerve to try and push the cost of fixing the apartment over to ME! Incredible... What they don't know is I have documented the numerous things they NEVER fixed, and I am filing a complaint with my lawyer...oh...by the way... The area is known for breakins, robberies, and drugs. Most of the neighbors are either unruly, loud, and let's not even talk about the odor. By far, the WORST place I have lived. Only other place I can think of that I have visited, and might be in contention, is Albany Club. Look those rates up too! I guess you truly get what you pay for! DO NOT STAY THERE!!!
