Apartment Review for Estates At New Albany - Columbus, OH

Nearly every resident of this apartment complex has one or more LARGE dogs. If you live below one of them, you will swear that the ceiling is a bongo drum. You will hear EVERY dog step that it makes. I have lived in many apartment complexes, but, have never seen as many dogs in a complex. The fact that there are so many dogs means that there is a lot of dog crap. Some of the crap makes it into receptacles, a lot doesn't. The problem with the receptacles for the poo is that they are seldom empty. When you stroll around the complex walking trail in the summer, imagine the odor of festering, overheated dog crap. The large trash compactor overflows nearly every weekend, making the complex look like a third-world dump. Way too many screaming kids, parking can be a challenge in some areas, way too many rude residents top off the experience. Throw in some rude managers that think they are god's gift, working for a totally inflexible management company and you have exactly what you don't want.... an overpriced apartment complex that is trying to be something that it isn't. You don't even want to find out about how they price the apartments with the rent "Concessions" and what that means sshould you have to break a lease here... bankruptcy will be your only option. Please keep looking, heed this advice.
