The staff is nice, but the apartments look like they are from the 60s and 70s. They are in desperate need of new stoves, fridges, sinks, fixtures, etc. The grounds are kept nice (tennis courts, pool) and the maintenance staff is great. If interested in renting here, make sure you check out who lives around you first. You can hear noise from other apartments easily and smells from other apartments (smoking, Asian and Indian foods, etc) linger in the hallways and into your apartment daily. That has been our biggest discomfort and has made living here unbearable at times. If you don't like noise, make sure you choose an area with few undergrad students. Completely check out the apartment before signing a lease; many apartments need extreme makeovers and have had minimal work done on them in terms of paint, carpet, sealant, etc. The apartments are too small for a family, so plan on getting a |
