Apartment Review for Governour's Square - Columbus, OH

Rent increased $20 the first renewal, then went up $120 if I chose to renew again. Everything is painted, walls, baseboards, etc etc...very cheap looking and any speck of dirt will stick. had several problems with ants, spiders, centipedes, etc. had to have apt sprayed 5 times before they finally called an exterminator (which then the bugs got in and died - leaving me a mess to clean up once a week). Office staff are great, maintenance staff is poor. They do the minimum to keep you quiet and if you want something done you need to be persistent. Rent was expensive (maybe i was paying a higher rent for all the bugs that were living there!!) Try Fox and Hounds across the street???
