The picked at the little things, like small quarter size stains that were so light you couldn't tell it was there unless you were on you hands and knees looking for it. 5 dollars for the oven not being cleaned, 9 dollars for drip pans. They have poor snow removal, half the time you can't get in or out of the complex when it snows because the snow is not plowed at all. The sidewalks aren't shoveled, stairs are slick and dangerous. Always loud and police are there constantly. Many car break-ins, management denies that there is a problem with it. Heard a couple of apartment break-ins. My friend moved out a couple months before and didn't pay a dime for her apartment that she lived in longer than we did and theirs looked just like ours did
