Apartment Review for Hanover Ridge Apartments - Columbus, OH

My sister moved here against my better judgement. At move in, after waiting 8 hours for the carpet to be cleaned, it was filthy! It smelled clean but was obviously not cleaned. We demanded it be recleaned and this time it actually was, not that it helped much.. too many set in horrible stains, it should have been repleced, but she was in. From there she experienced numerous maintenance issues that have not been resolved in over a year! Leaky bath into kitchen ceiling with a big gaping hole! A/C problems.. leaking out onto the dining carpet. Atrocious water bills.. even the water co. thinks theres a leak. But why investigate and fix it when she gets charged for the water and I am talking nearly 500.00 bills! Get out as soon as ya can and dont look back!! Report everything to the BBB.. thats the only way to get anything done is one complaint after another. They already have a poor standing. Dont take it!!
