Apartment Review for Heather Glen Apartments - Columbus, OH

The price is decent and the apartments apartments are not bad. However during the summer they like to tow your car if you park in spots that are not marked clearly. The staff is quick to service you but they don't really care about any problems you present them. You usually have a parking spot during the day but if you park late at night, you'll have to park further away from your home. When our AC went out we called for maintenance. When the guy showed up, he didn't knock or ring the door bell. Unfortunately I left the door unlocked so he helped himself in. I was in bed and didn't hear him. I woke up to the maintenance guy knocking on the bedroom door and opening it!! He was embarrassed but acted like it was nothing. The A/C did get fixed. Neighbors are not a problem, there are a few sex offenders there but forget them, the maintenance guys are creepy! The walls seem to be a bit thin. I can hear my neighbor pee! lol
