This has been a great apartment to live in. It's in a safe neighborhood, and is located across the street from Upper Arlington. The rent is very reasonable. I actually moved there for my last year at OSU, and stayed because it was a great place. Maintenance is reasonable, and usually get things taken care of within a couple of days.  Need to rent an apartment?
