Nice place to live. Very quiet community close to Ohio State University & downtown. Buildings built in 1940's and are extremely in need of upgrade, but have been neglected by staff and Management Company. Maintenance needs more professionals. Rent is expensive for quality & amenities are not always available.  Need to rent an apartment?
