Apartment Review for Heritage - Columbus, OH

I was shocked by an outlet in the kitchen when plugging in a coffee maker and now another outlet is sparking. One of the girls on office staff suggested that maybe my boyfriend could fix the outlets and said if he couldn't, then we would have to hire an electrician to fix the problem. I asked her about maintenance and she said that she would have to call the property manager and ask what she should do. Hours later (we were without power because we were afraid to flip the breaker) an electrician shows up. To top it off, the girl at the office literally didn't know what an electrical outlet was called and couldn't spell outlet. Staff is often rude and are not helpful to the tenant.
