Apartment Review for Horton Properties - Columbus, OH

I agree with every post here and it gets worse. We only stayed 1 year and it could not go fast enough. Their properties are complete filth and you really dont realize how bad it is until you move in.VERY HIGH UTILITIES, due to the condition of the windows. The hortons will do nothing to fix up their properties so dont bother calling and asking them to fix something. Sheryl Horton is very rude and kniving.Of couse she is nice at first. The reason we posted here is because they will try to keep your security deposit and charge for you for cleaning and misc.Remeber a landlord only has 30 days to return your deposit after than you can sue for double your deposit. Take pictures before you move in as proof.You must prottect yourself against these very crooked people. I just dont want anyone else to get screwed by these people.
