Apartment Review for Ironwood Court - Columbus, OH

Firts of all the apartment was never cleaned from the last person that moved out. The heaters vents are filled with trash, the oven had never been cleaned out and you could see every cooking accident still there. The carpet is awful. I wear my shoes bc it's too scary otherwise. I swear there is mold bc I have been sick since I got there. I asked the landlord (after he finally returned my call) when the last time he tested for mold was, and his response was :I have never done that before." Yesterday the sewer backed up into the house. His response..."clean it up...it happens" I asked him when he was going to come fix the broken door and broken dishwasher and he said it was on a list he had lost and he would get on it. It took a long time to fix the AC, and the repair person said it probably wouldn't last thru the summer and it hadn't been fixed since 1998. The water meter was busted too. Well he's being saying that for the last 6 MONTHS! Crime is bad here. Two apartments were just firebombed by a 13 year old girl, and I have heard gunshots on occasion. The ATF was there with big guns today. The kids run free and are always in the way. They don't look before running or riding their bikes out in front of your car. I have already seen one kid get hit by a car. I will be putting my rent into an escrow account until the landlord fixes things!! Don't go there!!! Bad!
