Apartment Review for Karl Village - Columbus, OH

Despite the previous reviews always remember 1 persons experience is the whole picture of every situation all the time. For the rent to move in 525.00 per month for a 2 bedroom 1 bath full basement unfinnished ou are getting a great deal. We dont have assigned parking that is why someone could park in " your place." Its not that big of a deal the place is quiet. I live in a end unit and never hardly hear my nieghbors no kids hanging on the corners at nite etc. When I moved in 2 years ago I got brand new applicances new carpet , fresh paint etc. No the place is not new butn I dont want to get gouged on rent either. the are a we live in is considered a low cruise district for this area. I rarely see cops in this complex. Crime can happen anywhere in the burbs or city it doesnt matter. Consumers need to do their research when they go to move into areas and look at situations objectively. I will say some residents do not keep up after their dog doo doo , that is not townhomes managements fault ( Karl Village) however they will do something about it as I have complained. Overall great price, great location great property management and timely maintenance as well.
